If done correctly, PDF is the graphics industry standard for sending artwork across the internet for print production. We also support files generated by many of the standard applications used today.
Depending on the end-use, however, some file formats may work better than others. For example, Quark Xpress makes .qxd files which are great for high-quality printing. Such a file format wouldn't work very well if you want to send us a mailing list. For mailing lists, Microsoft Excel generates .csv, .txt or .xls files that are all suitable for this purpose.
